Processes form the basis of the Quality Management System and are defined, refined and continuously improved to incorporate best practice. Well controlled processes ensure a systematic approach to every task, learning from experience and incorporating changes easily.

Procedures and standards have to be accessible and serve as an aid to analysis and improvement. Procedures not only drive working practices but also enable monitoring of process implementation and suitability, while standards set required levels of achievement which in turn provide indicators of success.

The quality management system is designed to make activities transparent and is certified with ISO9001-2008 accreditation. Regular third party surveillance visits ensure that both the system and its implementation are monitored objectively and provide confidence that processes are effective
