Horsebridge’s Spares Management and Advance Module Replacement services are designed to minimise and where possible eliminate downtime of your communication network. We currently provide Spares Management and Advance Module Replacement (AMR) throughout the UK and Europe for Network Operators, Equipment manufacturers, corporate and public sector clients.

Spares Management Service
Our Spares Management service provides value by ensuring that customer owned spares are in good working order and that they are properly matched to currently installed equipment.

Regular audits by our service personnel can provide the information that is necessary to evaluate your spares inventory levels and minimise your spares investment and carrying costs.

Functional testing of customer spares is undertaken prior to dispatch from our Technical Assistance Center (TAC) or on-site when Spares Management is combined with on site engineering support.

Following utilisation of the spares the modules are returned and screened at the Technical Assistance Center (TAC). Failure analysis reports are generated and the equipment is repaired or replaced ensuring inventory levels are maintained.

Advance Module Replacement Service
Horsebridge have developed our Advance Module Replacement (AMR) services for our customers to ensure the fast replacement of failed equipment.

Horsebridge maintains a high level of spare parts inventory to support our customer installed base of equipment. We ensure that a maximum spares inventory to support our customer communication networks are held and maintained to provide high availability for all critical installations.
